Orders will be fulfilled within 7 days of being placed. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Select items are also available for in-store pickup. If you have a question about the status of your order, please contact us at hello@upnorthboutique.com. 

We are happy to take exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and have the tag attached. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping to exchange an item. Store credit or a replacement item will be issued for returned items.
